Terms and Conditions (Live Teaching)

Kindly read the terms and conditions below carefully while registering for the Live Teaching Course.

• The membership of this course is provided on a monthly basis which signifies that once you pay for this programme, your subscription is valid only for 1 month.
• All the offers applied are only valid for the first month of your membership.
• Not more than 3 chapters would be taught in a month.
• Not more than one demo video would be provided.
• You have the knowledge that this course is only a live teaching course wherein the teacher shall conduct a teaching session for a period of maximum 1 hour a day. No other services apart from this will be provided.
• This course is completely different from the Student Mentorship Programme and shall not be confused.
• There is no refund policy for this course as the services provided are intangible in nature.
• We do not provide any notes as a part of the Live Teaching Course.
• If you have any grievance against the Teacher, you must instantly mail the same to contact@icsestudymate.com or report the same on the LT Grievances group.If the mentee fails to report in the above manner, ICSE StudyMate will not be liable for the actions of the teacher.
• Photos and video clips from the teaching sessions may be used for promotional purposes.
• The student is prohibited from recording the classes which are exclusively provided to him/her. Failure to comply by this mandate may result in suspension of the student from any services provided by ICSE STUDYMATE.
